Friday, April 3, 2020 - Fantastic effort from Fontodi, and the best vintage of their basic Chianti Classico I have tasted so far. Packed with dense cherrie fruit layers, perfectly balanced, nice depth, integrated oak and a fine tannic structure. Will evolve nicely over the next 15 years. Bravo! 93+
