  Very itnense straight away, lovely nose, leather cherries, raspberry. Mouth filling flavour and really long. Tannin has calmed down so drinking nciely now

  A good pairing wine (went really well with 72% Dark Chocolate) that Torie actually liked quite a bit.

  Needed some time in the glass to find its balance, suggesting it's still on the young side, for a Sangiovese the fruit is quite intense and dark. It gives a ripe and warm impression but the lively acidity counters this.
