Saturday, April 11, 2020 - Light amber color. Sweet honey nose. Sweetness combined with some acidity and salinity give this a highly textured, complex style. Not a quaffer - more of an intellectual white - wonderful now. Long finish - again all sweetness and some nuttiness. Will have it with grilled tuna.
