Sunday, April 12, 2020 - Disgorged in October 2018, so based on 2016 with reserve from the two years before. Still youthful, with a faint green tinge to the pale lemon hue, and some green apples and floral notes among the fresh blond citrus aromas. The mousse is certainly vivid, yet fine and not aggressive, and the palate has textbook BdB freshness and linearity leading to a chalky mineral finish.
