Saturday, April 18, 2020 - Slow ox for six hours then double decanted for two. Not a lot of fruit, somewhat dry tannins, rustic and a little hot. That said, when paired with Blue Runner New Orleans-style red beans and rice it was a very nice complement. So, good food wine but not really great on its own. Would recommend drinking up if you have any.
