Tuesday, April 21, 2020 - Paid $58.95. The wife noted cinnamon and nutmeg in the taste, I called it slightly spicy. The tannins were perfect for me and the ribeyes steaks we were eating. Note I grill the eye differently from the skirt around the eye. I overcook the skirt and under cook the eye. This wine was perfect for the fatty overcooked skirt. I can see having two different Bordeaux wines for this type of cooking. Anyone concur?
