Wednesday, April 22, 2020 - Pale yellow color. Fresh and appealing aromatics of pear, citrus and ginger on the nose; lemon curd, more citrus, something nutty and sweet oak on the palate. Medium bodied. Tart and yet sweet finish. Someone else mentioned this is likely due to overripe late harvest components - seems like a reasonable supposition to me. In general, best served cold and with a meal. Fell off as the evening wore on, but enjoyed by all.
