Tuesday, October 21, 2008 - P&P'ed. Very light colored, almost pink. Light to medium bodied, but extremely aromatic. Cloves, earth, licorice and cherries on nose. Very balanced and smooth on palate with sour cherries and a bit of forest. At the moment the aroma is better than the taste.
2nd night: Asian spices, cloves on nose. Ditto on palate and nice long finish. Very nice wine. Paired very well with pasta primavera with spicy peppers.
