Monday, April 27, 2020 - A light golden yellow in color. Beautiful nose of honey and Granny Smith apples. The palate follows suit. Gorgeous fruit, Golden Delicious apples, tart lemon, honey, a bit of oak that blends beautifully into the fruit. Brilliant acidity and balance. A spice note on the mid-palate. Finishes long and subtle, lemon zest and spice. A gorgeous wine that will age well. Matched roasted sea bass beautifully.
