Friday, May 8, 2020 - Clear medium gold; clean pronounced nose of lemon curd, caramel, vanilla, yeast, honey and perhaps pineapple; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus alcohol; full body; pronounced flavour intensity; pfn with addition of burnt caramel/creme brûlée; long finish; drinking really well now - but might still get a little better; amazing contemplation wine
