Saturday, May 9, 2020 - Wedding anniversary. Bruno Paillard never disappoints, sub-mm bubbles, lasting effervescence. White fruit aromas, with lemon, minerality/salty twist. Dry with restrained acidity balanced by subtle sweetness. Silky mousse, long elegant finish.
