Monday, May 18, 2020 - Being the chief cook and bottlewasher around the house I take the liberty of coravining a glass of wine while prepping dinner. This past weeks bottle was the Durant. Brick red in the glass, red berries on the nose. The palate was strawberry, rhubarb and some pie spice. The finish was moderate. A took a glass of wine each night and the result was constant.
