Saturday, May 23, 2020 - Moster wine that still needs time to reveal itself. Opened 2 hrs before drinking it. A large fruit, perfume tobacco and oak driven nose. Great mouth feel but huge dense wine with many layers or fruit still not being revealed or hidden by the dense over lay of fruit, vanilla and spice. An excellent wine showing why gsm out of the Barossa is so well recognised and loved
