Friday, June 12, 2020 - Colour is dark ruby with a slight purple rim.
Full aromas of black fruit/blackberry jam & sweet spice.
Full bodied flavour of black fruit/blackberry, pepper/spice & background well integrated oak. There is medium to high acidity with medium to high approachable tannins. Finish is long with black fruit transitioning to pepper to oak & a hint of chocolate. ABV is 14.5% & this wine although young, is well balanced.
