90 Points

Friday, June 19, 2020 - Dinner at La Bonne Table. Drank in regular Burg glass instead of flute.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon yellow colour. Bubbly froth. Thin legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of ripe citrus lemon, green lime, ripe pears, biscuit, stony mineral. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol (12%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honeyed Meyer lemons, Vinous apples, ripe pears, stony minerality, almond. Rounded textured long finish.
Good quality. Feels rather artisanal despite the highish dosage. Simple flavours but nice vinosity. Great for drinking with food.
80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay.
