Tuesday, June 23, 2020 - Well balanced, though I think the aicidy and tannins were tamed by charcuterie board I was eating, I got notes os cherries, blackberry and oddly enough raspberries as the fruit. The earthier notes were of gravel and slightly green oak. Some rose petal was present ,but not a huge factor in the flavor profile. Would I buy again yes, but I would probably sit on this guy for awhile
