Tuesday, July 14, 2020 - Phil's Birthday tasting (Phil's place, Putney, Sydney): From Coravin. Initially really reductive, a tiny little peppery note, plums, sweet spice and very slight green quality here as well. Pronounced acidity that I think has been adjusted. a little plums, coarse tight tannins, alcohol on the finish. Meh.
