Tuesday, August 4, 2020 - Very nice chard that should improve quickly with age. Well balanced on nose and palate. Citrus and stone fruit on the nose with typical chard flavors on the palate coupled with the right amount of acidity for food. Seems a bit light right now but I expect it to round out and get bigger in a year or so.
