Thursday, August 27, 2020 - Some bricking at the rim. Pulled the cork 10am, decanted at 6pm and drunk from 8pm onwards. the aeration has really helped the aromatics and fruit come to the fore, fresh and bright cherries with a touch of leather, there’s a bite from the fairly fine tannins still, would be fine with food, but the fruit is just lovely and crisp on its own. Very enjoyable and should improve
