Monday, September 14, 2020 - (Disgorgement from Nov.2016). Fine tight bead of small bubbles, lively, fresh nose of orange and strawberry that show more ripeness as it warms up in the glass. Creamy midpalate complexity works well in counterpoint with lively acidity. Well-layered for this level as the fruit is very much intact along with subtle floral, mineral and yeasty complexity. Very impressive. 92+
