Thursday, October 15, 2020 - Light yellow, drank over 3 nights, initially Coravined. Pears, mango, pineapple, with hint of caramel, minerals, citrus and a clean long finish. This was terrific with homemade potato soup, the butter in the soup really set off a marvelous pairing of enhanced flavors.
