Popped and poured. In outstanding shape. Terrific cool nose of white flowers, Granny Smith apples. The wine is medium bodied and has settled down into a very cool, elegant style. This just rolls of the mouth with great finesse and complexity.

Golden yellow. Not a lot of nose. More giving on palate with melon, pineapple and oak on the medium finish. Still very nice, but I'd guess this bottle peaked 3-5 years ago. Drink soon.

Light yellow, drank over 3 nights, initially Coravined. Pears, mango, pineapple, with hint of caramel, minerals, citrus and a clean long finish. This was terrific with homemade potato soup, the butter in the soup really set off a marvelous pairing of enhanced flavors.
