Friday, October 16, 2020 - Fun and fresh wine, pairs great on a number of red-meat main courses. On the light end of medium bodied, fruit forward and white pepper backed. Simple but nice finish. Expect cherry and a hint of raspberry out of the gate, characteristic French minerality quick to follow. Easy to enjoy, so go enjoy it.
