Thursday, October 22, 2020 - Pristine bottle with a high neck fill. Quick double decant three hours before drinking. Very young in appearance, no amber on the edge. Sweet fruit and the classic Pichon bell pepper notes. Still a ways go go. This wine was singing tonight paired with a beef Wellington at Bay Colony in Naples.
