Sunday, October 25, 2020 - Tasted against Louis Michel Vaudesir 2013 - two very different expressions of the same terroir. Here the wine clearly has been on oak and it really hits the nose. Matchstick reduction, popcorn, green apple, lime, chalk, butter. High acidity and a long finish.
