Tuesday, October 27, 2020 - Burg theme lunch at TableAt7. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Still just as good. Almost same tasting note as before. With additional saline minerality note and the sweet cream caramel on the palate a little more oxidative this time.
2012 base vintage. Disgorged 18/02/2016.
