Tuesday, October 27, 2020 - Goddamn! I'm not a big fan of the bubbly stuff. But when I do like it, it's often Palmer that's behind it. A lot of citrus. yeast (toast), gooseberries, Grows. Pretty amazing after a few hours. A tad gunpowder comes into play. 91-92
