Thursday, October 29, 2020 - The wine looks straw colored. The legs are medium. It smells like grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach blossom and honeysuckle. It tastes like grapefruit, lemon, lime, pear, mineral, peach blossom, honeysuckle and almond. The body is light/medium. The wine has satin-like texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

Lively and fresh on the front-palate, lovely mid-notes. A hint of salinity, perhaps imagined. When fridge cold most of the finish dropped off quickly, with some light notes lingering. As it warmed, the finish lasted longer, with almond and floral notes.
