Monday, November 2, 2020 - One of my favorite rose champagnes. It's always bright and fresh and strawberries and yet there is a bit of heft here. Paired with Korean BBQ and I was hoping it had enough to stand up to the bigger meats and indeed it did and was nice as a counterpoint with the bubbles. Really enjoyable.
