Tuesday, November 3, 2020 - Moderate reduction notes on the nose. With vigorous swirling the pure yellow fruit comes out, lemon curd but hard to tease out other subtle notes at this time. Mouth feel is zippy but then a caress of fine mousse bubbles. Hold or allow more air time if you choose to drink this now.
