Wednesday, November 4, 2020 - This wine is gorgeous, delicate bubbles, room filling aroma, and notes of lemon juice, lemon zest, white blossoms, peach, slate, green apple, toast, and honey. The acid is on the fringe of too high, so the second bottle is good for a few more years in the cellar.
