Sunday, November 8, 2020 - Deep ruby with a purple hue. Highly aromatic nose of violets, lavender, red currant, ripe strawberry, vanilla, chocolate. Off dry to med sweet, with med acidity and tannins and high alcohol (19%). Fortified with brandy made from Schiava and Lagarino. It is good by itself but it would really shine with black chocolate or black berry pie. Med (+) to full body, with great depth and length.
