Sunday, November 22, 2020 - Drunk over two nights. Decanted for 3 hours first night and under vacuvin overnight.

Immediately on opening, still taught. A little must to the nose that quickly faded. With air this opened up nicely. Cherries, violets, tar, tea. Tannins still quite firm. Good acidity.

Second night this was really hitting it's stride. Smooth, lush, complex, fruit a little less prominent, lovely depth, great balance. Medium/full body, medium/long finish. Plenty of years in this yet.
