Sunday, November 29, 2020 - Extremely structured.

This is a wine that will likely never become an open knit CDP. Rather it is a structured, finesse driven effort with more black fruits, savory smoked meat and herbal elements (thyme, rosemary etc.) as opposed to the red fruit profile in many other CDP cuvees.

Very food friendly and stood up to some rich dishes that would have overwhelmed a more fruit forward CDP.

This will hold for years (and years) in a cold cellar, but no need to wait. Very well done for the vintage and style.
