Friday, December 11, 2020 - Big Yum. This Roussane driven blend has an incredible aromatic nose revealing layers of goodness. We really love the weight in the palate, which coats your mouth with a great depth of tasty flavors. The finish is sublime. Went great with both Anita's bacon wrapped scallops and Bob's swordfish.

This wine continued to improve with the more air it got. Do yourself a favor and decant this wine for an hour before touching it.
