Friday, December 11, 2020 - This was just great. Nice balance among the Pinots and the Chardonnay, not too much yeast or fruit, good weight but not too much. Not too light either. Just so nice to drink a recently released tete de cuvee that has already reached its early drinking window, and though it will undoubtedly improve from here, leaves no regrets about popping the cork today.
