Monday, December 14, 2020 - First time trying Ultramarine. Not a lot of domestic sparkler experience, but this one had solid fruity notes, some yeasty/brioche flavors. Overall a touch heavy, and lacked the acidity and energy of a good Champagne. Solid effort tho. I have been told these are better with a couple of years on them.
