Monday, December 14, 2020 - Tons of sediment. Opens with notes of dark plum, dusty fruit. Firms up with air, the fruit is dark, there are marks of tar and tobacco. Marked tannins, not fully resolved. I’m not in love with this wine, it’s not bad, it’s just not very charming right now.
