I just had a glass of the Pelagrilli and this wine has another gear to it. I’ve paired it up with some leftover mushroom risotto for lunch, and that dish really brings out the earthiness in the wine. Drinking well, although I will probably plan to consume my remaining bottles sooner as opposed to later.
