Tuesday, December 29, 2020 - Lovely red rose color with a pink meniscus. Unmistakable Burgundian style by way of Oregon. Fabulous aromatics of sour black cherry, raspberry, baking spices, rose petals and a hint of root beer; more primary on the palate with red berries and root beer and a bit or terroir. Good acidity but a round, flavorful, medium long finish. Quite good and drinking well at the moment!
