Wednesday, December 23, 2020 - My first bottle from the case, and i was concerned from prior tasting notes that i would be disappointed-- not at all. With 2 hours decant this wine is in its prime. The bouquet and flavors were classic and rich, with a meaty tinge and a 40 second finish. It paired perfectly with salmon, and pasta with a red sauce. Definitely a 94 with upside potential. Should drink for at least another 5 years.
