Thursday, December 31, 2020 - This is still a bit closed, but has enough fruit to hint at the future. Concentrated strawberry notes with some blue fruit undertones. Elegant, refined nose with floral notes. Palate is a lovely mix of fresh acidity and bright red fruit, chalky finish. Kinda interesting white pepper notes mixed in the finish as well. Continued to improve through the evening.
