Saturday, January 2, 2021 - Drank w/seafood platter. Very nice btl indeed. Plenty of butter on the nose w/strong mineral and decent acidity on palate. A very enjoyable btl for sure! Had it emptied in an hr..... Now I need to find more! Went extremely well w/shellfish, just like most of the other Chablis. This is not too far away from most of the grand cru. Happy to stock up @ this price range.
