deep yellow/gold and better colour than initial bottle. It is still showing evolution but fresher than the previous bottle. Notes of oak spices, pear and mineral with honey (almost honeysuckle); Palate has dried spice, honey and dried pear on a wet stone, a resin character, better livelier acidity that bottle 1, some phenolics on the finish. arguably seen better days but not terrible.
Q: simply seen better days
