Round texture with a medium finish - Rich dark ruby red. Abundant dark fruit aromas with matching, full bodied flavors. This is a big wine that is a pleasure to drink on its own. If you want to pair with food, bring on the flavors! One note, there was significant sediment and the cork when removed revealed a landscape of crystals on the bottom.
