Saturday, January 16, 2021 - Nose: The nose is fresh and aromatic with peaches, quince, nectarines, apples, acacia flowers, saline, biscuits, vanilla beans, minerals, and some pastry dough. There is excellent depth and balance with a pristine quality to the tones.
Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with crisp, high acidity. The acidity is beautifully integrated and with a freshness that follows through on the palate with tones of peaches, nectarines, acacia flowers, saline, mineral tones, pastry dough, and biscuits.
Overall: This is really balanced and lovely right now. There is a pristine, freshness that is as inviting as it is attractive. The acidity is well balanced and this feels like right now is the perfect zone for this wine.
