Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with crisp, high acidity. The acidity is beautifully integrated and with a freshness that follows through on the palate with tones of peaches, nectarines, acacia flowers, saline, mineral tones, pastry dough, and biscuits.
Overall: This is really balanced and lovely right now. There is a pristine, freshness that is as inviting as it is attractive. The acidity is well balanced and this feels like right now is the perfect zone for this wine.

Nose: The nose shows off a distinct spring-time quality filled with white peaches, pears, apples, white fruits, acacia flowers, citrus tones, minerals, and some biscuit notes. There is a brightness to the nose that is extremely enjoyable with excellent depth.
Taste: The feel is medium bodied with high acidity. There is a poised quality to the feel with the acidity showing a raciness to it backed up by fresh tones of pears, white peaches, acacia florals, minerals, apples, and biscuit notes.
Overall: This is a fresh, pretty, and all together elegant champagne. There is a youthful verve to this that is extremely attractive along with balanced acidity that is well integrated. While this can age for 5-8 years, it’s in a great place right now if one enjoys fresher fruit.

A Mix of Heavy Hitters (Corner Table, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank 1+ glass over 30 minutes. Showing very well, this is filled with crisp green apple, tart, some apple peel, and ginger snap on the finish. 91+ to 92pts.

50/50 Pinot Meunier & Chardonnay. This wine showed youthful gusto and energy along with excellent concentration worthy of the Special Club status. Terrific minerality and citrus along with bread dough notes. I enjoyed this a lot and look forward to opening another in a couple months or so.

Some Nice Burgs at The Kenwood (The Kenwood, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. Drank 1 glass over 45 minutes. Lots of sour apple and chalk, touches of citrus and tangerine. May get a bit better with some age. Solid.
