Sunday, January 31, 2021 - Mild acidity, hints of crisp apple, elegant without being light. This coastal chardonnay hits the mark again. Just enough oak and fat to support all of the wonderful green fruit. One caveat, I think we enjoyed it too cold, out if the fridge and into a bucket of ice. Not my preference. The bottle did not last long enough for it to warm to cellar temps. As to cellaring, I think it is drinking its best now.
