Thursday, December 25, 2008 - Very fine champagne with excellent balance and acidity. Intense flavors that are similar to Krug with yeast and lemon flavors. Finishes nice and nutty but is a bit watery next to the Krug we tasted later that night. Still, this is excellent, classy champagne.
