Friday, February 5, 2021 - Quite fresh and lively, not as round and complete as was the last bottle of 08 we drank — but may well be as good or better in a few years. For now this leans crisp youthful and pure, all fruit no yeasty notes. Green apple and fresh pear. I suspect this will live a very long time. Wishing I had bought two cases instead of one.
